Manheim chastity belt add-on (electronic)

I was just wondering if anybody has had any experience with the
Manheim chastity belt add-on. (electronic)


I found the information on this device on a cached web page
http://www.manheimusa.1hwy.com/mainstart.htm which I can open on
my PC but am unsure if it is still a live link.

I have found that it is still possible to get this and the cost
is around $3000 for the setup and wanted to hear pros and cons
of it from members of this site before spending this kind of
cash on an item,

It was the first I've heard of it, so I guess not many folk on
DOMestic have had any experience with it.

It is still a live link for me, but is probably blocked for many
readers and it seems it was blocked for you as you had trouble
accessing it.

The URL which you can see in your original post at

http://tinyurl.com/yje549

is on a free web hosting service. Take the "ManheimUSA" and a
dot out of the URL you gave, remove the file name
"mainstart.htm" and you will be left with the URL of the free
hosting service which I will not mention here.

We've tracked down the cause of some recent bounces and it
appears that the presence of that URL in DOMestic caused the
digest to bounce for many readers, so quite a few DOMestic folk
will never have seen your post.

YMMV (your mileage may vary) but I'd be uncomfortable in sending
off $3000 to somebody who has a web site on a free web hosting
service.

Very wise. Thus far I've not heard either pros or cons from
DOMestic readers. But in a recent post "Remote Control Story
Prize" at

Tom not only offered an electronic prize for a good "Remote
Control Story" but said he was an expert and teaches a class on
remote control. So you might like to ask him what he thinks of
the device.

I too had contacted the Manheim representative and found out
about this device. I originally thought the unit might not
exist, but the representative assured me it does. I received
information about the system and was given the contact
information for one user and a controller.

I was wondering if Scott (the original person that posted the
question to this board) or anyone else had any further contact
with the company, done any further investigation or had decided
to try dealing with them for this product?
