I have just returned from Africa after several gruelling months
and am trying to catch up with some of my old friends. The
totally humiliated Daniel, who served me as my human clothesline
should get in touch and also Glencam whose message intrigued me.
I am also interested in any new cbt ideas from lady readers.

I think it would be a nice gesture by your male readers if they
were to give some money to the Red Cross (I work for an aid
agency) in gratitude to the female contributors who give of
their time to help them on your site.

Keep up your excellent work Christine and don't give david too
hard a time!
